Project

For this project we removed two existing second story decks. We replaced one with a covered screened porch and the other received new decking and rails. However, this project provided only one obstacle:

Original deck wasn’t strong enough to support the new addition.

SOLUTION: This problem was solved by our in–house staff working with our team of engineers to develop a plan that could keep the parts of the existing deck that was still safe to use and also add additional supports where needed. Most builders would have torn down the entire structure and started fresh, but the way we handled the job saved our customer money and time.
